Tayo’s Harmony is a private wellbeing practice based in Asquith, NSW. This page explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website, contact Tayo or request a session. Tayo aims to handle information in line with the privacy requirements that apply to the practice.

Information you choose to share

If you use the session request form, it asks for your name, email address, phone number, chosen service and preferred date and time. You can also choose to provide an emergency contact and a short message. The form includes acknowledgement checkboxes. If you email or call Tayo, information you choose to share in that conversation may also be received.

The website does not have a separate client-record or recording system. If you choose to include details about your wellbeing in an email or form message, those details may be part of that correspondence. Please keep an initial enquiry brief and avoid sending detailed or sensitive information through the form.

When you browse the site, Cloudflare may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information and the time and page of a request to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used

Tayo uses enquiry information to reply to you, consider your requested session, communicate about arrangements and provide customer support. It is not used to send marketing messages.

The homepage’s “Send enquiry” control opens an email draft in your own email app. Tayo receives it only if you choose to send it. The session request form sends a request for Tayo to review and reply to; it does not automatically confirm an appointment.

How information is handled and shared

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit the session request form, Cloudflare’s website services process the form and Google services deliver it to Tayo’s Gmail account. Tayo replies by email. The website does not take payment or use a separate online scheduling, payment, client-record or session-recording service.

Tayo does not sell personal information or share it for another business’s marketing. Information may be handled by Cloudflare and Google as needed to provide their hosting and email services, or disclosed if you ask, or if the law requires or permits it.

Overseas processing

Cloudflare and Google use global infrastructure. Information handled through the website or Gmail may therefore be processed or stored outside Australia. The countries can vary by provider and service, and a fixed country list for an individual enquiry is not available. You can read more in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Storage, security and retention

Session request emails and related correspondence are held in Tayo’s Gmail account. Tayo takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to it. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

Messages are kept while they are needed to respond to an enquiry or manage session arrangements, then deleted when no longer needed unless the law requires otherwise. Cloudflare and Google may separately retain technical or service information under their own policies.

This page may be updated if the website or the way information is handled changes. The date above shows when it was last reviewed.
