Why online Kinesiology

I am working with clients either in person, or via zoom/distance. There are 3 important reasons why I do an online kinesiology session.

1. Since the pandemic started in 2020, I began to see clients via Zoom or distance session.

Initially I was reluctant to do Zoom or distance sessions, but I have received much positive feedback about the sessions clients experienced. Some clients informed me that the sessions were very powerful and that they felt shifted immediately and effectively. Also, many clients told me they didn’t have to rush into a session or worry about transport. They were able to attend a session in their own bedroom or lounge.

2. The world is so different now compared to 2019. There can be a benefit for you connecting with me via zoom or distance session which will offer you convenience when its necessary or desired. If you are unwell or if you prefer to do an online session, you are still able to access the therapy. You will not need to cancel your appointment, whatever happens. I am here to tell you that when you are sick is the best time to connect with me and rebalance your energies and optimise your immune system.

3. Since the online and distance sessions don’t require for you to visit me physically, I am able to offer sessions to people all over the world and spread this wonderful modality of kinesiology.

Here are the steps and notes for going to an online kinesiology session.

* Clients make an inquiry through the website.

* I set a time and date that suits you for your session.

* I send the pre-assessment questionnaire for clients to fill out and send back to me prior to the session.

* You will receive the zoom link to my session in an email the day before, unless the session is conducted over the phone. (Sometimes clients prefer a session via phone call.)

* I require you to find a quiet, warm and safe and private space, where you don’t get interrupted from others or your phone.

* We begin by chatting about your issues and I will discuss your notes in the questionnaire you send.

* During the session you may rest, or you can actively engage, depending on what feels right at the time.

* I would close my zoom screen if the session is conducted by zoom, but sounds are kept on which will enable us to talk through during the session.

* After the session, we can have a chat over zoom or the phone, about what the findings are, or I can email them to you.

What can you expect after the session?

You need to allow a couple of days for full integration. During this time, it’s important to take it easy on yourself and drink more water than usual.

You might have a healing reaction, which can show up as smelly urine or perspiration, unusual bowel motion, or experiencing vivid dreams. This is all perfectly normal as the body releases stuff that you no longer need to have. You should be gentle to yourself during this absolutely liberating transitional time.
