Tayo is an experienced Kinesiologist, licensed Kinergetics- RESET® kinesiology practitioner, Reiki Master, and trauma-based emotional healing practitioner. With training in both Western medicine and complementary therapies, she brings a deeply integrative and compassionate approach to healing.
With over 20 years’ experience as a clinical nurse, Tayo developed a strong understanding of the Western medical model. Over time, her journey led her to recognise that true healing goes beyond treating symptoms — it arises from within, by reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence and natural capacity to heal.
Guided by this understanding, Tayo has studied and practiced a range of holistic modalities, including Kinesiology, Metaphysical Anatomy techniques, and Reiki. By honoring both science and subtle energy, she supports each person with care that is intuitive, grounded, and tailored to their individual needs.
Tayo warmly supports those who feel ready to listen more deeply to their body and begin a journey toward balance, clarity, and harmony.
